Human Resource Manager

Position Description:
The Human Resource Manager will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and duties of the internal Human Resource (HR) functions for the company by ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organizations mission and talent strategy.

Essential Job Functions:
Collaborates with Leadership to understand the organizations goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention to support business growth and optimize effectiveness.
Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organizations human resource compliance and strategy needs.
Administers and creates the internal human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing strategies, interviews, and onboarding.
Collaborates with hiring managers to define job requirements and to create and update job descriptions.
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to Leadership ensuring compliance.
Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
Identify training needs and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Oversee company culture initiatives by fostering an environment of open communication, fairness, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Support managers in performance management, career development and succession planning initiatives.
Process internal payroll and proper payroll deductions.
Performs other HR duties as assigned.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
